What is the best way to allocate funds to promote an app in the App Store?

The total budget for promoting the application is 210 thousand rubles. Of these, 67 thousand rubles
were planned for promotion in the Russian App Store . (this entire amount is the cost of reviews on sites) And for promotion in the American App Store, the remaining - 143 thousand rubles. (The main part of this amount is banner advertising in other applications and a small part of reviews, since the vast majority of English-language sites refuse to write reviews for money, including negative ones) The entire amount is supposed to be spent within 3 days. The application is paid, it costs - 66 rubles.

So here's a question for those who have experience in promoting in the App Store - maybe it's better to transfer the entire amount (210 thousand rubles) for promotion in the American App Store? Or is this distribution quite suitable for successful promotion?

I recommend sending requests for reviews via iSpreadNews.
For editors of English-language sites, this will cost about 125 bucks.
Get a lot of responses from editors. Some will offer to post reviews for money.
I would also recommend paying attention to the app. Europe. The same ISpreadNews can also send to them. And, accordingly, buy reviews of 1-2 sites for each language to start with.
Perhaps the last thing to spend on Russians.
It is better to spread spending over a long period of time by country. First, we buy reviews in one country (for example, in Italy), if we're lucky, we go to the top there. Then we write to editors in another country through the editorial news, saying "our program has reached the top in Italy" - thanks to this, the likelihood of a free review in a new country is significantly increased. And so cascading. And we write in English at the very end - "our program has entered the tops in Italy, France, Spain" - and then most likely large large sites will write a review for free. Maybe in the Russian Federation they will write for free or take it cheaper for a paid review.

I'm afraid there aren't many people among the developers with promotion experience... If you don't have such experience in it, then it seems to me that it will be a waste of money. I came across a figure of $ 20 thousand - the minimum for bringing applications to the top.
