What is the best UI framework to use in conjunction with material 2?

There is a project that is half done using UI Angular Material Design 2
But I faced the fact that with material 2 it doesn’t take off much in terms of fantasies, and I don’t have the time, desire and skill to write my components (
I started rustling through github and npm packages in searching for the necessary components, I came across such interesting UI-patches:

  • Covalent
  • PrimeNG
  • TrulyUI
  • Clarity
  • Element for Angular
  • Jigsaw

And I don’t know what to do if I need a json-formatter component , search and syntax-highlighting from covalent, combo-select from Jigsaw, splitbutton and shortcut from TrulyUI
What would you advise me to do in such a situation?
I don’t want to collective farm in the project, so as not to make it very heavy, or will modularity save it?
I looked in the direction of PrimeNG - there are a lot of necessary components, easy, but you need to style everything yourself, and what to do when half is already done

In a situation where you need to write components, but there is no time for desire and skill?
If this is a real project, then you will always have to write your own components, at least once, in order to use them again and again.
Collecting components from all over the github one button from here to another from there is nonsense.
