What is the best server for a Django application?

I have a Django application with uneven load. That is, due to the specifics of the application, there are peak bursts of attendance in the region of 10,000 one-time users (about 1-3 times a day).
Question. What is the best option? One big server or several under HAProxy? And if HAProxy, then what would be the optimal server configuration for Django?
