What is the best server configuration to use for one Ruby on Rails project?

There is a VPS in DigitalOcean. CentOS.
There is a project on Ruby on Rails, a medium-loaded thread is planned.
But I didn’t figure out which configuration link to stop on.
Unicorn + nginx, Phusion Passenger + nginx. In fact, at the moment I focus on simplicity and ease of setup. So far, of course, there are no problems, but at the start and setup I immediately want to get advice on which one is better to use.
Phusion Passenger unfolds without unnecessary hemorrhoids.
Unicorn has no definite pros.
There is also Puma with its multi-threading - I don't know why I need it.

Digital Ocean, CentOS, Rails, "medium load thread" is not a system specification.
If you do not know the specification of the system, then take what is easier . There are
hardly any popular tools that are objectively better or worse than the rest. Simply everyone - under the task. Your task is still unclear. So there is a 99% chance that you should not bother and do "what would just work."
I saw Nginx + unicorn for the first time, understood a little how it works and so far there was no reason to change anything. The same, definitely, many will say about X + Y.
