What is the best remote control for XBMC under Windows 7?

Good afternoon everyone!

I want to buy a remote control for XBMC on a regular computer.
Recommend a remote with which you would have to least fiddle with when setting up and which would make the most of the capabilities of XBMC, but would be adequate for the price.

It would also be nice to see recommendations for an inexpensive IR receiver: I would then use the available remotes.

Didn't understand. Is it an IR remote control or another data transfer technology? I once ordered a cheap Chinese pseudo HP (yes, like Hewlett) remote control with an IR receiver, but I didn’t like using it (or maybe I couldn’t fully configure it). I'm currently using the Unified Remote app. This is a set of service on a computer and an application for an android smartphone with pairing via WiFi. Supports both XBMC and a bunch of popular applications (browsers, players, etc.) plus a virtual keyboard and mouse. If the computer is not constantly used as a media center, then a good choice.

I set up control from a smartphone a long time ago (also via WiFi). But I'm not very comfortable.

If the TS forgives, so as not to produce questions, but under iOS? I use remoteMouse, but the downside is that I don’t understand the keyboard shortcut (i.e. I can’t hold down ctrl and select files with the mouse) + plus there are no profiles for players, there are a hell of a bunch of them in the AppStore, and it’s tiring to open ports on the router every time, Plus, I don’t want to litter the system with useless services either.

I don't know about XBMC, never tried it. For WMC in the seven purchased this www.dealextreme.com/p/multimedia-ir-remote-controller-with-usb-receiver-for-pc-1-cr2025-26368 costs only $7.30 =) Works great

I recently did some market research on this topic. If the computer is Windows - the only thing that is not a problem to buy (with firewood and software) is IRLink . What is good: there are no problems with firewood. What's bad: the software was written by someone extremely clumsy, in Java and using flash. Works through a stump-deck. But in principle, everything that needs to be done. I have not yet fully loaded it with XBMC (in the sense of playback control), because. until I figured out how to bind the playback buttons, which have no analogues on the keyboard, to the corresponding buttons on the remote control.
So far, I have set XBMC to launch on a specific button on the remote control from my TV (a media server is connected to it directly via HDMI), and also tied similar keystrokes to the arrows and other buttons on the remote control - and this, in principle, is enough to control the center. However, sometimes you still need a keyboard and mouse, because. XBMC does not always correctly identify the downloaded movie or series and you have to correct it, and it is much more convenient to do this with the keyboard than with the remote control.
In fact, I'm quite satisfied, although this beast is expensive for an IR receiver, but I paid for the absence of hemorrhoids with soldering, tuning and painfully searching for firewood.
