What is the best program for preparing a website layout?

Hello
Origins.
Computer on windows)
What you need: The
most simple software for preparing the layout of the site (not a mobile application), with the most simple learning curve.
Ideally, in order to facilitate the subsequent work of the layout designer as much as possible, the ability to transfer styles from the layout to the site code. (Not necessary, but it's good if you have one)
If you offer, please write a little more in detail - there are a lot of programs and your head is spinning.
Individual applications (installable), cloud, browser extensions are considered.
Thanks

I wrote an answer to another question, but it fits here perfectly, so I'll quote it.
I recommend mastering Figma , which is available on all platforms. It will greatly facilitate the task when developing a website or interface design (with features that are not in the same Photoshop, which was not originally intended for website and interface design), and the layout designer will say thank you, because in your layout you can immediately see the indents, export images or view the CSS code for the element.
I use it myself, implemented it in the team. Everyone is happy.

Avocode (You register mail, they give access for 14 days. And so every half a month)
but in general, with certain plugins, you can pull out styles from Photoshop =)

Already advised, but I will duplicate the first thing is to look at figma - it's good and free.
Then adob.xd - it's not better (yet) but it's paid. Most likely, he will overtake figma in terms of functionality, but not yet.

Judging by the question, you are a studio.
An ordinary person does not need to make layouts as simply and quickly as possible, he will calmly draw what he needs on a napkin with a pencil in a week or two, give the napkin to the exchange and there will be a dozen sensible typesetters and, most importantly, NO PAIN, as in your question ...
And the studio is ashamed to ask here ...
