What is the best place to start learning React?

I started to learn React, but there are very few good tutorials on it, either outdated information, or the code that is presented there does not work at all. Because of this, learning is very slow and inefficient.
What do you advise?
Maybe it's better to learn JS to write a lot of complex applications, and then learn libraries and frameworks? It just seems to me that everything will take a very long time
