What is the best php framework to use?

I wrote a service for working with maps in php. It's starting to get functional. I thought about porting it to some framework. What do you advise? While the choice has stopped on YII2 and Laravel. It is desirable that the framework has Russian documentation. What do you advise?

I advise you to learn English or, if you know php better than this, then learn from the source.
in general, there is no difference, you can just poke your finger at one of them. I would choose Laravel if I only had to choose between these two.
In general, you yourself have to make a decision, because as a result, subjectivity will spill out here and basically people will preach only those frameworks with which they work. Despite the fact that there are few people who have tried both Yii2 and Laravel and something else.

which framework to choose... which language to choose... oh, those eternal questions...
To choose something, you need to read at least the introductions in the documentation of these frameworks and try to write helloworlds.
I like Laravel better.

Learn both and decide for yourself which one to stop at, a new framework is not a new language, you can become a specialist in a week.
