What is the best .net bundle for a mailing list service?
Hello everyone, I plan to make a mailing service (e-mail, social networks, perhaps sms).
A person uploads data using excel files, creates mailing templates + sends out (timers + async). This is the type of service.
Feedback from .net developers tells me to use a proven stack:
.net framework + asp.net mvc 5, as it is battle-tested, plus there are all libraries for importing data and other delights.
Microsoft itself actively encourages the use of
.net core + asp.net core MVC, but reviews say that it is rather crude, plus there are no a number of important libraries (for example, for working with excel, beaten EF core, etc.).
There is also a hybrid option:
.net framework + asp.net core MVC - when it needs to be eaten, I have no idea.
You can get the opinion of an experienced .net developer what to take for this task and why?

Net core is already the second version, not raw for a long time, who told you this, like ASP.Net Core. About Excel - here you are https://toster.ru/q/347077, there are small problems with EF Core, but about broken and buggy, wild exaggeration. Plus, Core is cross-platform, plus you can immediately create Docker containers and upload them to VDS without any problems.
