What is the best literature to use to learn C# from scratch?

I would like to know what literature is best to use for learning C#. Before that, I had no experience in programming, so the course should be more or less clear for a beginner in this field. I don’t particularly consider video lessons, as I’m more used to the text format. But if there is some wonderful video course, I can consider it too.

C# is not really for beginners.
I advise any book on C # to start (there are not so many of them), and then go to the official MS website, where all the features and functions are described in Russian and absolutely completely.
