What is the best LESS compiler, CSS, JS compressor to put on Yii?

Actually, I’m interested in what is better to put, and because I started to learn Yii recently, I also ask you to show how to connect the whole thing.

node.js + gulp + lessc + autoprefixer + livereload + imagemin + uglifycss (optional)
I like this development stack. I use it with Yii and Symfony2.
