What is the best js framework to use in asp.net mvc application?

Hello. The situation is as follows: Not so long ago I added web application answers and questions like stack stackoverflow. The whole project was written exclusively in the server language, which later generated a large load on the server and slowed down the project as a whole.... delved into its features ... So now it's time to completely rewrite the project. :)
At the output, I want to get an application where the server will work exclusively with the database (sending a request and receiving any data), and everything else is js ..
I hope for adequate advice, maybe someone came across))
PS I'm asking, not because it's hard for me to see and feel each framework, just unfortunately I don't have much free time.
