What is the best intermediate proxy to use on Windows?

There is an https proxy raised on a VPS. Login-password authorization.
Windows does not like password-protected proxies. https proxy doesn't seem to like it either.
A local intermediary is required that will maintain a connection with a remote proxy, and locally give a regular http or socks5 proxy without authorization.

For these purposes, you can use 3proxy with something like this configuration.
auth iponly
allow * 127.0.0.1
parent 1000 http 111.111.111.111 3128 login password
log
proxy

Windows does not like password-protected proxies.

You just don't know how to cook them...
