What is the best IDE to use for atmega development on linux?

I installed Fedora on my computer (for a number of reasons, I won’t switch to windows). I wondered how to program under atmega16 on this distribution.

Because I'm still new to Linux, I decided to ask and find out first, and only then download and test.
