What is the best framework to start learning?

Hello, I want to make a simple admin panel or something like that and at the same time start learning one of the JS frameworks. What is the best framework to start with? I want to make the panel interface more "live" and responsive, the choice is React or Angular, but I don't quite understand whether the choice is made correctly. Tell me please.
Current knowledge of javascript intermediate + jQuery
Backend only php

both are good at something. and both have their downsides. so take your pick. no one here can give you good advice. Angularists will say to choose Angular, and Rekatists - React. and in general, most likely your question will be deleted due to "leads to a discussion or dispute."

React is a template engine and angular is a complete framework. If you just need high-speed rendering, then React, if a full-fledged web application, then angular is better

Angular is easier to use, React is easier to learn.
Determine based on this.

I suspect that the admin panel on angular will turn out faster than on react
, I myself am for react, it is more suitable for non-standard tasks and I'm not afraid that react2 will appear in elvish, which is in no way compatible with previous versions
. the right to live
