What is the best deinterlacing filter for VHS/SVHS/8 rip?

The task is this, there are all sorts of rare concerts filmed on VHS \ SVHS video 8, etc.
I want to digitize them as orthodox / kosher as possible, and then the question of deinterlacing arises.
I remember at one time quite a few copies were broken on this occasion, but I don’t remember how it all ended.
Since everything was filmed with video cameras, there is an honest interlacing and I would like to get the most out of it.
