What is the best DE for a system administrator under Arch Linux?

Hello.
You need to find a desktop shell to comfortably work with dozens of terminal windows on multiple monitors. Blur and similar effects are not desirable. It would also be nice to see a beautiful and modern design.

what difference does it make what DE if all 5 necessary programs (I have even less), run with hot keys
and all DE controls are always hidden by running applications anyway
But for dozens of terminal windows on multiple monitors it is incredibly convenient to use tmux

For GNOME2 will suffice for administration. Or TDE. Or even XFCE/LXDE. But it's not all about "beautiful and modern." The latest KDE - It may be like that, but after three attempts to learn how to eat guano , learn how to work in the latest KDE with mazo...
