What is the best CMS to use for a sports betting site?

I received such an order: I need to create a site for the sale of forecasts. Those. the user registers, pays to enable the account (via paypal) and gets access to the page with the prediction table. After the paid time ends, access, respectively, is disabled. What is the best way to write such a site? Thanks in advance.

Self-written)) And so take and saw what you know better on that and write (For example, WP or Joomla). For me, it would be more convenient to do it on a framework, rather than mocking a CMS designed for blogs or news sites :)
PS: There are a large number of plugins for WP, for accepting payments / paid memberships, etc.

Write yourself - it will be easier. There is no need for a CMS, and a simple script can be done with your own hands.

Drupal has a very flexible user rights setting, I would do this on it. Although such functionality can be attached to almost any CMS. So it's probably best to do what you know best.

Get WP, install all the plugins you need. It is easy to understand and set up.

There is nothing faster, better and cheaper than a self-propelled gun, other things being equal.
