What is the best cache for php? How to choose?

In general. Source:
- MariaDB(10.5)
- php-fpm 5.6
- php-fpm 7.0
- php-fpm 7.2
- php-fpm 7.3
- Debian 10
- nginx 1.19.2

As I understand it is:
- APC
- XCache
- OPCache
- eAccelerator (like not developed since 2016)
- memchached (placed in conjunction with one of the above)

Well, for caching php. Actually the eternal question: which is better?

If important: 2 processors. Each has 32 cores. 3 Giga Hertz. 94 gigs of RAM.

No.
Judging by the fact that you are confusing opcode cache with data cache, you don’t need any cache at all, and the question is asked from the bullshit.
Learn wisdom from nature: when a cat has nothing to do, he does not look for a cache, but induces hygiene. And this is the right thing to do in your situation. Much less harm
