What is the best C book for a beginner?

Greetings!
What book to take to learn the C language (namely, pure C, without pluses)?
To have a level for a beginner, hello world, how to compile, how to run, etc.
By itself, there is programming experience (perl php js go)

The book "Waite M., Prata S., Martin D. The C Language. A Beginner's Guide" helped me a lot in my time. But it's quite old, I don't know if it can be used now. The language itself, of course, has not changed ...
