What is the best browser engine to use for parsing a page resulting from JS processing?

1) A method by which you can get the final page (analogue of pressing F12), and not its source code;
2)Standard link navigation (ideally, the URL should be passed to the engine in string format).
The site can be constantly updated, the speed of work is not critical, there will be single checks with a period of several minutes.
