What is the best alarm clock for Windows?

Usually I was content with Google Calendar, then I switched to Mail calendar for being friendlier.
But in both I was cut down by the fact that the developers are repelled from the "day".
Often I need to set an event "every 2 hours" - for example, go to the horizontal bar, or check the cameras in the office.
But I can't do that.
Previously, there was a brilliant piece nncron, which worked wonders with the computer. I wanted to, put the program, the computer itself turned on, executed it and turned off.
But it does not go under the Seven, not under the Eight, and even more so under the Ten.
Tell me a normal alarm clock? And if it is still with synchronization to devices - finally shine.

Windows -> Task Scheduler -> Daily -> Repeat task every : 5 min. / 10 minutes. / 15 minutes. / 30 min. / 1 hour --> Message output
nncron runs smoothly under Windows 7

1st clock Pro is a great thing.
Synchronization there, emnip, no.
I have doubts about the impossibility of running nncron under the latest windows.

nnCron has been officially supporting all new versions of Windows for a long time - there it must be run as an application.
