What is the analogue of Skype?

Basic requirements:
1) Dialer in games, support for conferences, chat;
2) Fast file exchange, preferably "Direct" and with encryption (ooVoo is not suitable, 25mb is not enough);
3) Beautiful interface;
4) Ideally, another application for iOS, at least for chat.

As a dialer in games have always been used:
1. Ventrilo . No file transfer, conference ball up to 8 people.
2.TeamSpeak . _ In new versions, you can throw files (I doubt very much about encryption). Conferences/chats of any size. The interface is convenient, the beauty is debatable, but you can't look at the buttons :) There is an application for iOS.
Well, in general, as a replacement for Skype, I like Trisha McMillian Trillian . I chose it for myself after version 5.1 was released

Since version 5.1 Trillian uses SkypeKit and there is no need for a Skype client
There is an app for iOS and all the goodies.

Sino-Japanese Skypes are modified, unlike Skype, they load quickly and files are transferred like in a torrent.
Also watchers for films, although there are few Russian languages.

Viber is real shit, even compared to skype, it's standard for voip without p2p, of which there are many.

Jabber can be used, for example. if you have your own party / or you need to deploy a private chat room within the company,
but somehow it was noticed that few people from non-IT parties use the gill, and skypeak is on every desktop
