What is the advantage of the paid version of Sublime Text 3?

I have been using Sublime Text for several years. Started with Sublime 2 and moved to Sublime 3 when open beta began.
The question is that I cannot understand what is the advantage of buying a license for this product?
Or is it purely symbolic wages for developers?

This is the salary of developers. Nothing "symbolic". Real money for real people.
Another thing is that ST3 is not needed. (You need ST2, and of course it's worth paying for it). And pay - do not pay, the product does not develop.
