I have a question, for internships in an IT company, you need knowledge of Spring core, so I would like to ask what Spring core is, what it includes, where it is used and literature / courses (preferably in Russian), which you can study spring core. Thank you in advance!

You need to read the " Spring 4 for Pros" tutorial by Schaefer, Ho and Harrop. In it, they will tell you what relates to core, and will give you the necessary minimum knowledge of core.
PS There is a newer edition for the 5th Spring, but it is worse written.
