What is simple graph database software?

Tell me, I'm looking for some simple and convenient software for visualizing a graph database. I have some small number of nodes, within a hundred. There are relationships between them, let's say ten different types of relationships. And I need to add nodes/relationships and render nicely. I don't need to do any complex search queries, or somehow scale, everything is homely and for frequent use.
As far as I understand, I need to look towards graph databases. I installed Neo4j, looked, it looks nice. But working directly with the server through the query language for me is an exorbitant waste of time and effort, I'm not a programmer. :) Maybe there is some simple add-on for neo4j (or another engine) that allows you to conveniently work and view small databases?

Maybe you don't need a database, but just software for working with graphs? In this case, it will be easy to find - for example, rocs under ubuntu
