What is my actual device?

I have known for a long time that I have a VIRUS IN THE FIRMWARE on my device. antivirusnik yells at system applications. Some programs are installed, pages open in the browser with ads, but that's okay. I came to the conclusion that I need to do a flashing. But... I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT DEVICE I HAVE! The following model is written everywhere (in settings and benchmarks): Lenovo M160. But I clambered all over Google and Yandex, climbed the forums, NO INFO EVEN ABOUT THE EXISTENCE OF THIS MODEL! What does it mean?
