What is msft virtual disk scsi disk device?

Friends please help with the solution of a stupid situation. I have long known the saying that a miser pays twice, but I needed a compact laptop, and Avito just turned out to be an excellent 14-inch case, on a core i5 with 1 TB of memory and 4 gigs of RAM, for some 16 sput. The seller was very late, he also arrived in the wrong place, he also gave away another laptop by mistake, in general, when I received exactly the laptop I came for, I didn’t check everything carefully in a hurry and when I got home I found that one of the disks it is defined as msft virtual disk scsi disk device, instead of 1 TB, a 320 gigabyte hard drive is visible in the BIOS, although my computer has 2 hard drives of 297 and 634 gigabytes, respectively. Apparently, I was beautifully deceived, since by throwing data onto a virtual disk, the free volume of the system decreases. The question is. How to be in such a situation are my conclusions true, what kind of virtual disk is this and how to demolish it? However, the seller on the phone said that he was not aware of all this, was dumbfounded and was ready to meet and discuss the situation.

@Rid-lin

msft virtual disk scsi disk device is a regular virtual disk from Microsoft (.vhd or .vhdx file), it can really be made larger than a physical hard disk.
If at the time of purchase you were counting on 1TB, and the BIOS indicated 320, then you were really deceived.
Here is an example of displaying a virtual disk:
