What is more secure for business in Russia Bitlocker or Truecrypt for windows 8.1?

After the company switched from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1, the question arose whether it was worth using Bitlocker further or better, which is better integrated.
By the way, if someone can offer an analogue of the trucrypt for win 8.1, then I will be glad.
One of the key requirements is the ability to encrypt the system partition.

I'm on TrueCrypt and Windows 8.1, everything is encrypted.
Problems and bugs == 0
But Windows had to be reinstalled on the MBR disk layout.

bitlocker does not know how to hide a container in a container
, according to the court, you can be forced to enter a code to decrypt the container, refusal will be practically an admission of guilt.

I use the TrueCrypt fork - GostCrypt , which encrypts according to GOST 28147-89. But it is important to understand that in order to protect information using cryptographic means in Russia (by law), only certified means should be used (if you want to comply with the requirements of regulators, and in the case of cryptography, this is the FSB).

For myself, I do not put such a question at all. If you want to encrypt something from, for example, a manager who decided to stupidly steal a disk when he was fired, then there is basically no difference. If you encrypt, for example, from competitors, then I am not ready to consider BitLoker. Have you ever heard of a vehicle decryption service? And with BitLoker there are. At least there is an opportunity to attract Microsoft for this.
