What is meant by "knowledge of iOS / Android" in some of the requirements for QA vacancies?

In some requirements for QA vacancies there is such an item - "knowledge of iOS / Android".
1) What is meant by this, what kind of knowledge? Somehow the requirement sounds too vague.
2) If a person uses apple technology, for example, some iphone, is it possible to say that he has knowledge of iOS?

If a person knows how to get crash logs from an iPhone or how to view the mobile Safari browser console, then we can say that he has the initial knowledge. Just being able to install an application from the AppStore is not for a tester.

1. iOS/Android guidelines: design features, functionality.
2. Differences between versions: how Android 4.0 differs from Android 4.4
3. Features of mobile testing: how to install applications, integrate applications with the operating system, etc.

What kind of testing? Hands? Then understanding the standard use cases for both the application and the system as a whole.
Such questions should be asked to the personnel officer or to someone who will communicate with you about the vacancy. In the requirements for any position, they write a lot of things, but they understand a variety of things by this. Sometimes a deep understanding, and sometimes just a Wikipedia definition - just knowing what it is and why.
