What is https://luxins.net/?

I can’t understand what kind of request for an external resource, it’s nowhere in the code, I started to notice it on my sites. All are locally on the open server.
Constantly throws two errors:
A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at https://luxins.net/ was set without the `SameSite` attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5088147346030592 and https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5633521622188032.
GET https://luxins.net/code?sck=1&id=304 404 (Not Found)
What the fuck is this?

Also noticed some suspicious requests. As it turns out, the Alitools plugin was the culprit. After it is disabled, requests are not sent.

IMHO it's some kind of chrome plugin doing it. Cookie steals (?)
