What is file reproduction from a legal point of view?

I read articles about torrents, and found there a small excerpt from the Civil Code:

According to Art. 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: "At the same time, the recording of a work on an electronic medium, including recording in a computer memory, is also considered a reproduction."

The question is, can it be considered a playback if I downloaded a movie or game, and deleted it with the right mouse button? In fact, the files were not deleted from the computer, but remained in a form in which they can be restored from the disk using the same Disk Digger or other recovery tools. Is a "simply" deleted file legally a reproduction? If not, is there any place in the law where it is?

The recorded file is not a playback, but with a strong desire to find something to complain about, you can drag the specified article.
