What is enough for a working Django site?

Such a question, is it enough to simply create apps in django and link all this through a yurl and adding it to settings in order to have a working site and not worry that there are holes in it?
Or in some areas you also need to drip and change the settings?
The goal is to create a site without a database with a bunch of pages.
Goal 2 is to add a DB postjr or JSON to it after some time.
And in general, is it convenient to store links in json and find them by common names through a search engine?

Do not worry. Nobody wants your site.
In essence: only a site that does not exist cannot have holes.
