I am programming locally, I need the written code to be synchronized immediately after saving the files on a remote server. Can git help me?

Of course it can. When you switch to git, you will change the terrible workflow you suggested to a normal one.

Do you need it right after each save? This is not a very correct approach.
Better than a standard commit and then push to the remote and that's it.
