What is commonly used to schedule a notification in Android?

I'm making a note app. A time alert function is provided. What is better to use in order to schedule a notification by a specific time? Work with Firebase and FCM is not expected. A simple application with a local database and one table. What are the differences (pluses and minuses) of AlarmManager(Deprecated or not?), JobScheduler, FirebaseJobDispatcher, Jetpack WorkManager?
