What is CMS Laco on the Yii framework?

In one of the technical specifications I came across the following line
"The site is being developed using the studio CMS Laco based on Yii-framework"
What is Yii - it is clear that CMS Laco could not google.
Actually, does anyone know what it is about and where to look?

Most likely this is not a public CMS written by some agency for their own needs. For example, such laco.pro Laco is the name of the studio.
