What is broken in TinyMCE (Drupal)?

Greetings. There are 6 Drupal, it has TinyMCE 3.4.3
I can't add a picture in the editor. I select in the dialog box, I click OK, but the window is simply cleared and nothing happens. Here's what's in the developer console:
