Whether there are what means for record and search in broad gulls?
I use sql, well, you can shove it into the database, it seems that there is a possibility of searching and structuring, but it seems to me that this is something not right. The option of recording in txt is straight in general, it seems to me.

Well, of the free systems that can be deployed on your servers, there are two options:
1. ELK
2. Grafana + Loki
You can look at how to set them up on Habré. Personally, I am more in favor of the second option, because Grafana + Loki require much less server resources, both for storage and for searching through the logs, and the UI is not so terribly slow.
You can also bike something yourself, on top of some timeseries base.
