As a rule, solutions for installation are provided by an uninstaller.
Most Popular - Windows Installer

Many of these programs can cause serious harm if they are used ineptly (and sometimes if they are used skillfully). Especially if you use the same CCleaner not only for uninstallation, but also "for its intended purpose".
So it's better to avoid them.
There are programs that track the activity of installers, and then they can "do it back". But this is laborious (you need to install it, then turn on tracking), and still there are misfires.
I personally use GeekUninstaller. Lightweight, runs faster than standard Windows, and has a quick search, which is very convenient. And in principle, it is not particularly dangerous - first of all, it calls the regular software uninstaller, and only then it looks for the "remains" in the registry / disk and suggests deleting them, which, however, is not at all necessary to do.
Need to understand
- the problem of "leftovers" from under-removed software is greatly exaggerated
- in most cases, after working out the regular software uninstaller, third-party programs show the "remaining garbage" and offer to delete it, however, often the regular uninstaller creates a task to remove this garbage on the next reboot, so that not all of this "garbage" would have remained in fact.
- in order not to worry too much about garbage, and not to waste your precious time on it, you need to:
- do not install unnecessary software
- put software "for viewing" in a sandbox or VM.
