What is better for elementary notification mailing?

You need a simple subscription to new materials on the site. There is no user registration on the site, so we are talking about anonymous users. I entered my email and received an email with a confirmation link. After that, as new materials appear on the site, the user receives a notification by mail: headlines, teasers, links to materials. Plus an unsubscribe link in every email.
No settings are required for the choice of types of materials by users, even no statistics are required at all ... Everything is at a minimum.
So far, I'm just looking through what is there - but everything is kind of monstrous, with a bunch of bells and whistles ...
Maybe someone knows a simple module for this task?
Well, or the most simple of the complex? :)
