Which is better to use in 2018-2019 css grid or bootstrap 3.4?
At the moment I use bootstrap, but now everyone says that css grid is better
. What is your opinion? What is better and what is more promising?
And yes, what is even more convenient for adaptive css grid or bootstrap.

bootstrap is NOT a technology or a native library API.
Of course, css grid will be better, more convenient, and FASTER !

Grid is a native hand, bootstrap is a prosthesis.
Soon preprocessors will be unnecessary, css is developing very quickly. It's just that all these third-party "helpers" showed the css creators in which direction they would develop and identified the needs, but now they are no longer needed.
