What is better - ACS as part of Orion or as a separate system?

At a large enterprise, whose divisions are scattered around the city, you need to launch an access control system. The entire OPS system is built on Bolid's Orion. The question is for those who maintain such systems - in the end, which is better - integrated access in Orion, respectively, on S-2000-2 controllers, or a completely independent system with its own interface, controllers and server, let's say like Parsec or the like ?

Access control systems - Sphinx , Parsec , Rusgard , are incomparably more functional, modern, easy to use and configure compared to Bolid (IMHO)
