Tell me the mail client under Windows (priority) or under * nix with a separate client part and server part. In order to be able to work with mailboxes simultaneously for several users.
The server part picks up mail from mail servers and stores it, as well as sends mail and stores it on its own. And the client side simply manages the server side and displays its content.

Under Windows Mdaemon, under *nix - Dovecot + exim + roundcube. The main thing is that the mailer has IMAP configured. Any client - Outlook, Thunderbird or just a browser.

Any IMAP mailbox + any imap client. It is more preferable - the web-client, probably.
