What is an API-enabled backup service or a solution for deploying your own service?

Please tell me a backup service or large file storages with web API support. The amount of data is approximately 1TB or more.
I know about services like amazon, dropbox, sugasync. Perhaps there are other options?
Or perhaps there are ready-made solutions for deploying something similar on your own server?
In more detail, the task is as follows: you need to collect backups from a certain number of computers (several dozen) and be able to centrally manage them through your own admin panel.
