What is a universal solution for debugging and testing web pages in android?

Necessary:

1. remote (from pc) js debugging
   
2. dom inspection
   
3. support for stock browser and chrome (chrome itself supports remote debugging, but still)
   
4. the ability to test in different versions of android

With the standard I think nothing will come of it. I set up firefox
two days ago , besides chrome. There is also an option for older firefox , but I haven't tried it.
