What is a simple and convenient service for reading subscriptions?

I liked Google Reader. Everything was simple there - subscribed, set up offline mode and use it. Now many people call Feedly an alternative, but I don’t like the design and usability of the autumn application.
I want a simple service with a mobile application and a convenient offline mode that will save everything automatically.

InoReader is the best in my opinion. very similar to the old Google reader

And besides Feedly, there is nothing as advanced as the reader itself - clients for all platforms, fast RSS "delivery" (frequent updates of feeds to which many users are subscribed), a good API. Well, the seamless transition from the reader played a role, of course.
There is tt-rss - you need to put it on your server. At the moment, the most preferred option (if there is where to put it, yeah ..).
There is Old Reader, about which there were rumors that it would become paid.

Moved from GR to bazqux.com . It is paid (from $9 to $29 per year, and there is no difference between the paid versions) and there is a month of the trial version. As the author assures (he is on Habré), the paid service guarantees its performance and maintainability in the future.
There are several third-party applications that can take data from the service.
