All proxies that are currently being sold are blocked on VKontakte or will be blocked after 1-2 hours. Experienced it myself already.
There are 3 options:
1. Take ip:port and check for validity. If invalid, replace it with another;
2. Buy personal proxies;
3. As mentioned above, buy a VPS in Russia and work with it as a proxy

Buy a VPS on any hosting in the Russian Federation, set up a proxy or VPN yourself, decide for yourself what to block or not. Anonymous is not compatible with Ready.
