What is a good VPN to bypass ISP restrictions?

Hello, please recommend a good VPN service that can bypass the ISP's speed limit. So that you can even bypass the restrictions that come with TCP protocols.

There is no such thing. Your provider limits the speed on the interface, end of story. Whatever you drive through it - it will not exceed the maximum speed.
There are all sorts of traffic compressors (the same opera turbo / yabro turbo), but they still do not increase the speed, but only compress the content of the pages.

as you imagine, if you have a limitation on the provider's side, an example of 10 Mbps, even if the vpn works at 1 Gbps, then your speed will be 10 Mbps, this limitation cannot be bypassed

Didn’t they explain to you in your first question that a VPN can neither reduce traffic nor increase speed?
Well, more precisely, about speed, it happens that from you to a specific server X the connection goes along some irrational path (due to an accident somewhere or for other reasons), for example, from Moscow to Novosibirsk through Australia, but at the same time you are lucky and the path to the VPN server and from it to the destination is fine. But you are unlikely to have such a case.

You can use something like TraficCompressor.
Otherwise, you will not put a large one into a small pipe.

Virtual private network! Virtual private network. Works within the network environment that you have. and you have suppose 10 megabits. And even if you really want to hell what can you do! For it simply isolates the information that walks through it. Encrypts!!!!! And no more
