There is a desire and an opportunity to switch to VPN as the only channel of communication with the Internet (well, maybe for activation in Steam I will prescribe a static route, but nothing more), so as not to pollute the provider's server with logs of my connections.
The requirements are:

Unlimited traffic
All available protocols, especially BitTorrent
Maximum privacy (even if it declares that logs are not written or stored for no more than a month)
The minimum possibility of assisting the Russian authorities in issuing information
