What is a good book with examples on database design in SQL with an emphasis on MySQL, PostgreSQL?
We need a book, on the one hand, to repeat and consolidate the theory, on the other hand, with specific examples. The choice is large, but a couple of good books are needed.
How can I draw a database schema and then convert it to SQL script?

I was once advised this resource sql-ex.ru to practice.
MySQL has a Workbench to work with their database. And you can draw, and export existing databases and see how they are arranged visually.
I won’t tell you about the book, but from visual editors I tried fabFORCE DBDesigner and MicroOLAP Database Designer
MicroOLAP liked it more, but I didn’t feel the fourth version of fabFORCE.
I advise ERWin (commercial) and Oracle Data Modeler (free), and from books, take Data to start with.
